Shipping Policy

We want your Pelto order to reach you as smoothly as possible, and we work with trusted fulfillment partners to make that happen.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 5 and 11 business days, depending on your location. We know waiting isn't always fun, so we'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships, and you're always welcome to check in with us if something feels delayed.

All shipping costs, including any applicable duties or taxes, are calculated and included at checkout. There should be no surprise fees when your order arrives.

Please note that we're currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Be sure to provide a complete physical address at checkout to avoid any delays.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to us and we'll help track it down. And if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, remember you're covered by our 30 day return policy.
